Audrey Bakk started the tradition of packing great food for canoe trips outfitted by LaCroix Outfitters back in 1977.  Times and products have changed, but quality, careful preparation, and a personal touch remain primary considerations in packing the food for your canoe trip.  Check out the selections on the menu with the link below.  Print the PDF and fax or email it back to LaCroix Outfitters two weeks prior to your trip.  If you have special requests or dietary circumstances let LaCroix know.  We'll do our best to accommodate you in every way possible.
